"Alexander was very nice with us all the time. There were electric power outages due to bad weather but implied lack of current water in the room. There were issues with the cleaning crew missing for few days. The room was fine. The hotel needs a sign at the front, when we got there weren’t sure if that was the right place "

"It's all super inclusive Which is Great but the lack of variation and flavour is something you get with a 3star place. Just found it lacking in the food and drink area's even the a la carte restaurants didn't offer much of a change. The Italian was good but again lacking in flavour. Preferred club was great last year but this time round it's nit worth the extra and the only thing it offers is a less noisy place to eat. "

"We stayed at the hotel as a group of three friends for a week, we had a fantastic time. Each member of staff was lovely and helpful, smiling all the time. The breakfast was plenty of choice and tasty. Cleanliness was excellent, our room was cleaned each day, towels changed. The hotel's location is perfect, restaurants and bars are close by, bus stop is few minutes walk to catch the bus to Corfu Town or to other towns and villages. "Well turned up at this hotel having booked it last minute due to a cancelled flight, only to find that the hotel was closed! Yet Hotels.com allowed the booking to go through. Had to contact them to reimburse the cost which they have thankfully. Not the hotel’s fault, as they should not have been on the website."
