Wonderful Cabin
We had a group of 14 people that stayed at this cabin for a ski/snowboarding trip. The size was perfect, we never felt cramped and everyone was able to get their own bed.

Wonderful cabin in great neighborhood
We loved our stay at this cabin. It was one of the few to have so many bathrooms and 5-6 rooms, for a comfortable stay for all the family, the 2 dining tables gave adequate room for large family dinners, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would recommend as a great affordable option for large groups

Wonderful Cabin
Everything about the cabin was wonderful but they had a winter storm that took out the electricity for four days up at government camp. Therefore we had to leave. I can’t wait to go back for a weekend with my family at the same place.

Family getaway
The house was perfect for a family getaway to celebrate a 50th anniversary. We had 8 adults and 7 kids (15 - 9 years old) and it was perfect. It was super nice that we could sled out behind the house! We were a little bummed that we were across the highway from the main strip in town, but it was a short drive to get there.

Family Celebration
The property was perfect for us. We had issues with the WiFi that was immediately addressed. Two things were a surprise for us. The AC is a portable unit that only cooled the main level - the other issue was the traffic noise. Great location, great house, great communication with the leasing office but there is significant traffic noise,

Family Thanksgiving
The house was great except for the lack of cable TV access. The owner shut off their Dish subscription and didn't tell the management company. Mngmnt tried to fix it with a ROKU stick but it was a scramble to try to watch football on the holiday weekend. The house was great for cousins to gather upstairs and a large living room allowed the adults to have their own space.

Ski weekend over New Years
My husband and I and our 4 kids and my bother, his wife and 4 kids all stayed together at this location in Government Camp over the New Years weekend. We had an amazing time. We skied at Timberline and Mt Hood Meadow, we sleaded, we tried some local places for dinner and we had the best time. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us, we loved drying our wet snow clothes by the fireplace, the kitchen and kitchen table were nice and spaciaous. The only complaint was we could not find a dust pan. We swept up the main floor each evening…but never found a dust pan.

Great location and great support
The stay was great. The location across from Mt Hood Village is perfect especially considering ski lift right across the street. The staff at management were incredible at replying and I really appreciate the flexible ability of the Management company for sudden changes in check in time, check out time, dogs added, subtracted ect The only areas of improvement I can suggest are the following two 1) The Living room couch, loveseat and beds are incredibly worn out. There's is nearly zero cushion left in the couches which is understandable to a degree but not to the point where guest would rather sit on Kitchen chairs instead. 2) The hot water from the Kitchen sink is not calibrated to 160°F (70°C) max temp prevent burns. It's much higher as my guest found out when washing dishes. This should be addressed as soon as possible for everyone's safety and its an easy fix. Thank you again.

Summer 2024 - Large Group Stay
We stayed here with a group of 12 for a starting point before the 2024 Hood to Coast Relay. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped to handle a group of that size for multiple days. It is also a great location to quickly get to the start of the relay. Note that this property is very close to the highway, but that was a bit of a benefit for our needs. We would certainly stay here again.

Great Multi Family Rental!
While we were only at the property for a few days, it would be perfect for a multi family rental. Lots of space and seating, with ample room for everyone. Check in/out was easy process. Communication was great as well. The aesthetic of some of the furniture/linens is a little on the older side, but overall pleased with our stay.

Renter Beware
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is not as lovely as photos show. It is old and dingy, furniture old and only one small tv. The coffee maker and kitchen utensils are old, mismatched and not well stocked. There wasn't enough towels for our group. The snow wasn't cleared allowing access to the door. There was a dangerous snow burm/pile in front of the house, those of us that could get over it did. However it was very difficult and dangerous, half of our group wasn't able to attend because there wasn't anyway for them to get over the snow pile. Additionally, there wasn't anyway to access the garages, both had snow piled up blocking access. Upon arrival the house was freezing cold as no heat had been turned on for our arrival. It took a day and a half for to warm the house. All of this has been reported to All Seasons Vacation Rentals. I have not heard from anyone addressing my concerns. I'm overall very disappointed in how this wonderful family weekend turned out. It was a Christmas present, the family was looking forward to. I Won't return or recommend All Seasons or this home.

Government Camp large group rental house.
Ample room in this well made house, with large timbers throughout. 11 actual beds made for great accommodations for a large group. Easy access to the town, although a little bit of a walk to the Charlie’s. Unit was very clean and modern, although some of the furnishings, such as kitchen table and kitchen chairs, could use a little updating. Will rent again if available

Great winter getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house with plenty of room. Across the highway from ski bowl. Just a couple miles to Timberline and plenty of hiking/snow shoeing/XC skiing. No snow removal in driveway. Picture a mound of ice and snow as high as the first landing of the stairs. Made getting in and out of the house an adventure. Fortunately we didn’t have young kids or older parents. Would be dangerous.
