The living area is open plan and designed to maximise the sensational views at every turn. The open plan area has a stunning, central two-way stone fireplace which tapers up through a glass pyramid roof. It's savvy, understated and ultra-modern with some classic inclusions.

Relax on your choice of two seating areas which accommodates 6 people on the butter soft leather couch or 5-8 in the entertainment area. Embrace the views through the expansive glass windows or be entertained by the wide screen Smart TV,

The granite and timber kitchen is magnificent and beautifully appointed. It has plenty of space to create your own meals or for a master chef to come and cater for you and your 7 guests.

A large timber Egyptian style dining area is adjacent to the living area with an option of an open-air roof. There you will find an entertainer's paradise with a magnificent 12-seater golden travertine table with chocolate woven chairs surrounded by a Japanese garden and views you'll never forget.

In the warmer months the combined indoor and outdoor living zones make for luxurious proportions and create an alfresco feeling regardless of where you are in the living area. The outdoor entertaining area is protected with a large pergola and boasts a BBQ and open sun court. A large teak table with woven chairs is perched high to capitalise on the sweeping views or alternatively relax in the sun loungers.

But how can we forget about the Jacuzzi Room? A private room with a stunning stone feature wall with bi-fold doors that literally open to 180 degree views of the ocean. Comfortably seating 6 people the Jacuzzi room has been designed to ignite all the senses.

The very nature of a holiday house is to relax, to find space, and have some sanctuary or solitude. Incognito has been designed to optimise the mood and setting that you require.

The property sleeps 8 guests in 4 generous sized bedrooms. All bedrooms have been appointed with king sized beds, spacious designer bathrooms, quality linen and built in robes. The master room is the 'jewel of the crown' with ocean views, a king-sized bed, spacious timber walk in wardrobe and magnificent ensuite bathroom comprising of spa and large twin shower. This room has enormous proportions and is a private world of pure indulgence.

Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 have king sized beds, spas, large twin showers and ocean views. Bedroom 3 and 4 offer tranquil bush views and private ensuites. Bedroom 4 has a two king single configuration - all the other beds are king size. The luxurious guest bedrooms exude a cool simplicity that's synonymous with the style of the property.

NOTE: No functions, parties, gatherings. weddings or events are to be held at the property. A caretaker is on site and will immediately enforce the requirements to meet the Holiday Home Licence regulations and our Terms and Conditions with this regard.

This property includes WIFI, but due to the rural location, we cannot guarantee the speed or reliability of the WIFI service. Phone reception may also be intermittent at times depending on your network provider.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
