A main feature of the house is the huge covered outdoor patio area which allows you to feel immersed in the bush location and fresh air. You will love Balga sanctuary and the relaxed atmosphere it provides you with whilst being just 2 mins from the beach, surf breaks, hiking trails and 15 mins drive from Margaret River.
