"You can’t unload in front of the hotel so there’s a bit of walk to the side street with luggage. First room smelled like smoke and the staff were accommodating and put us in a different room. Shower pressure was low and cleaning could’ve been better inside the room for a 4-star hotel. The location is amazing and walkable to everything. That makes it worth it in my opinion."

"The hotel itself is quite nice. Interesting building and right on a main canal. The room was fine; basic but clean. Staff was lovely and very helpful! The location wasn't our favorite. It is a convenient walk to most tourist locations and other areas, but there is a high concentration of "coffeeshops" (dispensaries) right along that road and we found the area to be pretty dirty & we tired of the constant smell from the "coffeeshops". "
