"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir sind mit dem Bus zur Zugspitze und Eibsee, die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Blick aus dem Fenster atemberaubend. Klare Empfehlung!"

"Fantastic location and wonderful property. Hot tub required wood for heating and took time to reach required temperatures. Sauna was outstanding and property well maintained. Security lights stayed on too late at night and landscape lights came on too late to enjoy the outside in the evening. Kristen was very responsive and Michael was very helpful with the walk around to help us feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience."

"We were pleasantly surprised that this place was even nicer than the photos. It was very well equipped with little extras and all you would need. A lovely private backyard space for your morning coffee or evening meal. Spacious, very clean, close to many hikes and places to see. The check in process was easy and communication always very friendly."

"Well-appointed chalet, very comfortable beds, all the amenities you need, complete kitchen, and private. Great for families. On one side of the chalet is the lilting symphony of sheep bells wafting across the meadow; the majestic, snow-mottled Zugspitze peaks on the other. Breathtaking. We would stay here again."

"If you are looking for a sample of everything southern Bavaria has to offer, This Is The Place! The rental, is near everything….Hiking, biking, dinning, shopping, walking, parks, trains, cable cars to the top of the mountain. The rental was very clean, very cozy and very relaxing. So much of our time was simply spent on the apartments balcony. We could have certainly spent ALL our time there, but when in southern Bavaria…see above⤴️"

"Excellent base for exploring Garmisch and Tirol Austria. Apartment is clean and roomy albeit a bit dated but that doesn't detract from the outstanding location and view of Zugspitze. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. "
