Avenida na frente do hotel é muito barulhenta. Não há isolamento de som nas janelas. Os funcionários são mal humorados. A limpeza, tive que pedir três vezes para irem fazer no quarto. Ainda fizerem mal feita. A estrutura do hotel é muito antiga e sem manutenção. O box da banheiro era preso com um pedaço de madeira. Os azulejos do chão quebrados e sem rejunte. Não voltarei.

Hotel excelente ,quarto confortável,ambiente e localização excelentes,no coração de Gramado! Os funcionários são extremamentes profissionais e educados! O café da manhã é colonial ,de extrema qualidade, só ele já vale o preço da estadia. Sou cliente da rede sky,já fiquei no sky serra e no Premium ,e a qualidade é a mesma em todos!

O hotel é bem localizado, bom atendimento, quarto grande, muito limpo, café da manhã um espetáculo de tanta coisa que tem. O problema que deve ser alguma falha deles é não ter tomada do lado da cama. Se instalarem tomadas de três pinos do lado da cama, eles se tornam um dos melhores de gramado.

O sinal da internet no quarto 242 é ZERO; tive que usar os dados móveis durante minha estadia. O secador de cabelo gerava um forte cheiro de queimado e um barulho bastante estranho. Não pudemos usá-lo.
