"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Sehr begeistert waren wir von den Bädern sowie der kleinen Sauna, die wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzten, allerdings für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dies gerne nachholen möchten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich, schnell und harmonisch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder."

"Kamminke liegt am Haff und an der polnischen Grenze. Durch seine Lage an einem recht steilen Hang erhält der Ort und speziell die Bergstraße ihr besonderes Gepräge. Das reetgedeckte Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man erhält schriftlich sehr präzise Anleitungen. Auf der Terrasse und der weit oben am Hang stehenden Hollywood-Schaukel, beide mit Haffblick, haben wir uns gern aufgehalten."

"Wir haben schon mehrmals diese Unterkunft gebucht und mehrfach dort im Büro bescheid gegeben, dass so einiges defekt ist, wie zb. Terrassen Stühle, Kühlschrank Tür usw. Leider ist dieses immer noch nicht repariert oder ausgewechselt. Da der Preis stetig steigt, finden wir es sehr schade ,dass darauf nicht reagiert wird."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
