"La reception chiude dalle 12 alle 18 e dalle 22 di notte ed è assurdo perche per qualsiasi problemi non puoi chiedere a nessuno e sei solo nell'hotel. Per un blocco al sistema del condizionatore avevamo 33 gradi in stanza e nessuno ci ha dato assistenza per mancanza di personale. Siamo dovuti stare tutto il pomeriggio in auto per rifrescarci. L'Aria condizionata comunque è presente solo nelle stanze ma assente ovunque nell'hotel. Scarso tutto il resto. Non consiglio."
