Can sleep up to 5 guests between 2 bedrooms + sleeper sofa. Perfect for girl’s weekend, couple’s getaway or family retreat. Located in a lake neighborhood, guests have access to the boat ramp and dock (a short drive from Cottage - .7 mi) to enjoy a day out on the lake or a morning of fishing. Guests have commented on the ideal location, great amenities and home away from home feel the Cozy Cottage offers.

House Rules:
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in our neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- No events, parties or gatherings. If guests are found having a party, you will be asked to leave the property without a refund. The Cottage is in a quiet family neighborhood.
-No fire in the indoor fireplace or burning any candles. I have flameless LED candles for ambiance in the fireplace and bedroom.
- No fireworks allowed on the property due to fire risk.
- No pets on the property.
- There is no smoking or vaping inside the Cottage or on the property.
- The Cozy Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests/max occupancy. No unregistered guests.
- The Cottage is on a septic system. Please do not put grease or food scraps down the kitchen sink. Place them in the trash can. Also, only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.
- For safety reasons, if you use the outdoor fire pit, be sure to put out the fire when you're done using it.
- This home utilizes a Ring Doorbell Camera on the front door. The Ring camera on the front door records audio and video and is used to monitor the property 24/7 for security. Disabling the camera will result in being asked to leave the property without a refund.
- The Cozy Cottage has a $150 damage deposit collected at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if guest honors house rules and no damages.
