Charming Hideaway in Downtown Flagstaff

Charming Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway located 2 1/2 blocks to Heritage Square, the heart of the Downtown Flagstaff shopping district.

This one bedroom, one bath home with a bonus cozy attic as a second bedroom ( attic measures 3 1/2 ft. high on the sides and 6 ft. high in the middle with steeper ladder-like stairs - kids love it) with 2 twin beds. This home has central heat and AC, controlled through the Nest thermostat. This home has a private front yard and fully enclosed private back yard is located steps away from the Downtown shops, dining, galleries, parks, micro-breweries and hiking trails. It is a 30 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl ski mountain, 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 8 minutes drive to Buffalo Park, 7 minutes drive to Lowell Observatory and 45 minutes to Sedona.

The home has a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 twin beds in the attic. Additionally there is Wifi, Cable, quaint new gas burning stove fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary glassware, dishware, pots, new refrigerator, garbage disposal and new cooking stove over oven.

Please no very small children. Back yard has about a three foot drop from one back patio to ground, loose wood piles, steep stairs to attic and fairly hot stove fireplace. Private backyard reading studio does not have electricity or water and will not be available to additional tenants.
Please provide your own soap, shampoo and personal toiletries.
Paper towels, toilet paper, clean linens, laundry detergent and bath towels will be available.

We enjoyed the neighborhood. There was construction next door but noise was minimal. Very nice area close to downtown but very quiet. Very comfortable bed which is very important to us. We would definitely stay again :-)

Perfect downtown get away
The house was perfect for us. We had 2 small dogs and the fenced back yard was perfect. The house was small but had everything. If you are doing Flagstaff right, you dont need any more than tjis.

The outside patio chairs needed to be cleaned. The back patio deck was dirty and needs painting. Could use 2 comfortable chairs in the living room area. Bathroom sink drained very slow. Our golden doodle loved the fenced yard. Great walking to restaurants and dog friendly. The front outside light is burned out on one side. Thanks

Great location, unusual neighborhood, biggest concern are the stairs to the attic. Seems that there should be a warning about how steep the stairs to the "second bedroom" are. But overall the place was great, we really enjoyed ourselves and the house was very comfortable.

Highly recommend! Amazing Downtown location!
We stayed for about two weeks and it was very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown. The kitchen had a good amount of cooking supplies. The water heater works amazingly! It’s very cute and clean. We would stay here again and we would Highly recommend!!!!! Some specifics: The attic has two twin beds. Very fun for younger kids. But very steep stairs. I’m five feet tall and can stand at the highest point of the attic space. Any taller and you will be hunched. Adults, be prepared to crawl/ walk on knees. The backyard is enclosed but be careful with the side gate (easily opened by dogs) and some portions of the wooden posts (there are some bigger gaps that a small pup can squeeze through). We did find pieces of broken glass in the backyard. I would recommend just walking out there with your pups during the initial visit to make sure all is still good. The front yard is gated but there’s an opening by the front door heading to the ally. The washer/dryer is a combo so it takes about 4-5 hours to complete a regular load. There’s a laundromat about 7 minutes away.
