This house is the perfect location in Flagstaff whether you're doing some local sight-seeing or traveling to nearby must sees, such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, Jerome, or Williams. It's just a short walk to the main Downtown area of Flagstaff which boasts many bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. The home is located right off of Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), which is designated as the San Francisco Peaks Scenic Road. This will take you to the entrance of Snow Bowl Road in just 6 miles, so you don't have far to travel if you're looking to hike one of the many urban trails in the summer, take in the changing colors of the leaves in the fall, or ski/snowboard in the winter months. Keep going another 70 miles and you'll soon be at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, just about an hour and 20-minute drive.

The kitchen had everything in good quantity (dishwasher soap, salt, oil, pans...). The beds were comfortable. They provided extra blankets if needed. It is close to the road to go skiing... but absolutely soundproof. The quietest house I have ever been. Easy to check in, easy to check out. We had a great family time over there. You can even walk to the grocery store! The owner really wants you to have a great time there. We were spoiled.

Skiing get away
4 adults and 1 teenager stayed in the house for a skiing/snowboarding weekend and it was great. Short drive to Arizona Snowbowl which was the most beneficial. The place had everything we needed with dishes and cookware and was close to downtown for restaurants. The only suggestion I would make would be that the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable whereas the other 2 bedrooms those beds were quite hard. A mattress pad might help soften it but other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for in order to have a great snow getaway.

Great place to stay in flagstaff. Close to downtown and the Flagstaff Urban trail. I was able to get a nice run in starting from the driveway. Perfect size for our family of four. They had everything we needed to prepare our meals over the week and very close to the grocery store.

Cozy home in awesome location
We so enjoyed our stay at Angie’s Flagstaff home! The house was very quiet and cozy with a well-appointed kitchen and plush bedding and towels. The location was super convenient, close to downtown and groceries while also being ideally situated on the route out of town to the Grand Canyon. Angie was a considerate host who communicated well. Pros: Angie was great to work with. She allowed us to check in early which was very helpful for us. We really appreciated it. The location was fine. You don’t get the exact address until a few days before but we were still able to walk to downtown. (About a mile so approx 20 min). We were there for homecoming weekend so we were not able to get an Uber late night. I loved that it was organized and there was not a lot of clutter. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The yard was cute and we enjoyed seeing all of the fall leaves. My only suggestion would be that this home is due for a deep cleaning. There were fingerprints on lamps and the coffee table, dust on nightstands, the carpet felt “crunchy” like it needed to be shampooed and there was something that looked like mold in the 2nd bathroom. The living room couch was a bit worn. All in all, I would recommend this VRBO. I’m a clean freak so I have attention to detail more than most but we had a great weekend and for the most part we were happy with our choice. Thank you!
