Flagstaff Getaway
Really loved the location. We walked to downtown everyday and only used our car when it was time to go home. Plus the urban trail system is right out the door.

Amazing location
We loved this house!! The location is beyond amazing - we biked the urban trails in the morning, and walked to downtown to indulge at Mozelle's bakery in the afternoons. We never needed to use the car - everything was right there.

We didn't stay, never able to access property. Code provided didn't work and we went to hotel, Hampton Inn. At least they had someone to communicate with in person.

Flag access couldn't be better
We stayed in this home a few days in mid April. The location of this home really couldn't be beat. We walked everywhere from here. The northside downtown area is a few blocks away and the southside area was just a half-mile. There's also great access to parks and trails from the neighborhood. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had great communication from the owner in advance and everything was very smooth. We'd definitely stay there again if we found ourselves out that way. Would recommend the Mars Mesa Trail, Dark Sky Brewing and the Toasted Owl for breakfast.

Nice place to stay, little things could make it perfect
Pros: The house was clean and king bed was comfortable, with nice soft sheets and blankets to keep warm. There is a nice large living area with seating for several people. The house was well stocked with dishes, glasses and utensils There are several boxes of facial tissues and multiple nightlights that are much appreciated. It was nice that there was a large amount of coffee provided. Things that could be improved: WiFi is not as secure as it should be. The router needs to be configured to have WPA2 or WPA3 security. It is also quite slow. Speedtest shows the download speed to be 35 Mbps. That is pretty slow for 2024. The TV in the living room is a smart TV but is also connected to a cable box. The remote is usable for cable TV, but not for the Smart TV. There needs to be a Roku remote such that if you power off the cable box you can use it to operate the smart TV. The TV in the bedroom is a “dumb” TV that has no cable connected to it making it seemingly useless. There should be instructions on how to use the cable TV remote, for example, to view the Guide/listing. There should also be instructions for the bedroom TV and for the Nest thermostat. Although the thermostat is easy to use, not everyone is familiar with using WiFi thermostats. A pizza pan to cook pizza on in oven would be nice as well as providing a pizza cutter.

Cozy and comfortable in a great location
This is a lovely, cozy home that is equipped with pretty much everything you will need for your stay. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the cute downtown area of Flagstaff, in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. We especially appreciated the abundance of outlets and places to plug in devices, the complimentary coffee, the comfortable beds and pillows and the fully fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely return.

Very cozy, well maintained home. Very clean and warm, a generally great place to stay. Only issue were the hot water availability which was resolved very quickly…Thank you Todd. Only other issue that didn’t affect us so much was the dishwasher that didn’t seem to work. We hadn’t tried to wash dishes until we left, but the dishwasher didn’t start. Could have been user error… Would like to stay there again. Kim and Joe

This house was great. It was exactly as advertised. The location was superb. We could walk to town for dinner and we could walk to trails for hiking. We didn't need the car, except for a short drive to visit Walnut Canyon. I would rent here again.
