"My reservation was not honored by the hotel. The GM said that he canceled the reservation and informed Expedia the same day the reservation was made. I looked like a fool in front of my wife on valentine night. I was on the phone with Expedia for hours but no solution. I am very disappointed. I drove 2 hours to get back to the city late in the night while other we celebrating valentine. Need reimbursement and compensation "

"First of all, the listing here is possibly scammy, the property does exist and it's not bad but they are not affiliated with Expedia, some scammer seems to have listed them here to steal money, so don't pay here until this is sorted (I had to pay again at the property). Other than that, the actual property is very basic and simple but nice and the staff is nice there, the region as as whole is not very good but if you're going there then that's a nice option."
