"This cabin is amazing. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location is perfect if you like a tranquil setting with the sound of a stream in your front yard. The gas fireplace on and the llama and sheep greeting us when we arrived were an added bonus. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"This is a really nice house. The only issue we had was figuring out the air conditioning. House was freezing when we showed up. After searching for thermostat for like 4 hours we figured out that its a remote control device in the living room. When the AC is running there is a huge pressure in the house that makes the windows whistle. In the end you really just need the ac on in the daytime, just shut it off at night, problem solved."

"The house is surprisingly quiet and has everything you need. Just a 3 min drive downtown. Close to CMU too. There was some train noise at night but that's expected in Grand Junction. The kegarator was awesome and so nice when we drove 4 hours and was so nice to walk in and have a beer and relax. We had a great stay! "

It was a great base camp to explore the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, and exploring the Palisade wine country. The upstairs loft was great for our two younger children.
