camp eddy was very cute and a great location in up and coming neighborhood on the river. it’s a unique way to stay in GJ. proximity to las colonias amphitheater is excellent and there was a great brewery we enjoyed next to amphitheater before our concert. not much else going on in the vicinity of the property, but a wonderful walking trail along the river for running, riding bikes, or picking up a bird scooter. our airstream had a clean and comfortable bed but otherwise had not been vacuumed. there were dead bugs and plant debris throughout. coffee pot had leftover grounds. despite this, camp staff were fantastic and we would stay here again if seeing a show at las colonias.

We stayed in the tiny homes at this property, right next to the river, and it was amazing. We did stay in one unit that the AC was having issues, but they were quick in responding and ended up putting us in another unit as well as offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which we really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Camp Eddy & plan to bring my dogs & the rest of the family.

We had an amazing time here. Staff was amazing and everything was clean and modern. The staff has amazing communication and kept me up to date on checking in and checking out process. Will definitely recommend to friends and family visiting grand junction in the future.

We’ve stayed in airstreams at Moose Creek Ranch in Victor, WY, and at Auto Camp in Zion, UT. We thought this place would be similar. It was completely the opposite. Maybe it was just the airstream we were in but it was pretty disappointing. It was dirty, dusty, bugs coming out of the cracks. Poorly upgraded. Hair in the shower, dirty coffee cups, provided linens weren’t enough. My husband said he’d try the place again but not an airstream. Getting there, it’s kind of the shady part of town too.

Camper was nice & right on the river. Only problems was getting the key code (everyone there was off sick) but I did get it - and the layout of the bathroom was off as the shower curtain would go only half way around in either direction.
