As you enter this immaculate home you will be amazed at the views from the large picture windows throughout. The layout is an open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All the bells and whistles are in place from dimmable mood lighting to a romantic gas fireplace. Incredible views of the Colorado National Monument and beyond. Booking this property requires that you are 35 years old or older. Peace and quiet.
A lovely home on a corner lot, very quiet which I love. House was clean and views were good. Would have loved some soft cushions on the chairs outside. Hiked a lot and felt very safe.

Fabulous Home
We stayed here as our base as we explored Grand Mesa, CO Nat'l Monument, and the Arches. It was a great location for us. Eric's home is one of the cleanest in which we have stayed. The luggage racks in the master bedroom were a nice touch as there were no drawers, but there were several hangers for items that could be hung. Eric always responded right away whenever we sent a communication. I would stay here again.

We stayed for a short break in Grand Juntion. The property is in a wonderful location, especially if you like quiet and beautiful views. The property is very spacious, comfortable and relaxing to stay at. Through booking to our stay Eric was a great host with speedy communication. GJ retreat
Eric has a beautiful well kept home in a very quiet neighborhood. It has beautiful views and is close to most amenities. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to relax and enjoy the outdoors i would definitely recommend. Just remember that this is his home and make sure to follow the strict rules and you will have a wonderful stay!
