Space, Location and Serenity! Amazing home beautifully situated on an acre and a half and only 1.5 miles to Main Street Downtown or head in the other direction and you are only 4 miles to the East Entrance of the National Monument. You can even see the parking lot of the Lunch Loops Trailhead from house! This oasis of nature overlooks the Lunch Loops Trails, has views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument and is even frequented by deer. We have 6 bedrooms containing 2 king bed, 4 queen beds. 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa in the living room with 3,500 square feet of living space waiting for you and your companions. From the 550 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Lunch Loop trails you can sit and relax while taking in views of the Grand Mesa and the National Monument. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the 26'x18' living room has a 65" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The house even offers a beautiful 8' Olhausen Pool table and 65" high def TV in the second living room. The upstairs and bedroom #6 has a 55" high def TV. This is one place worth checking out! We do ask, please. no pets allowed in the house. This is greatly appreciated and is respectful to those guests that stay that may have pet allergies. Thank You!

Beautiful view of Colorado National Mon!
Great home with lots of room, Owner very friendly and accessible at all times. Loved the kids things available as we had a 2 yr old. Well stocked kitchen was nice as we ate all meals in. Would recommend to anyone.

Great house for big goups
Our family (9 in all) came for my mom's 96th bday. This place was great, because each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views are spectacular, the kitchen, though small-ish, is well-equipped, the owner is available and quick to respond. There's lots of parking. It's close to town and to the Monument. This is wonderful home for big groups.

Todd and his wife are super friendly and informative about the area and house. This was an absolutely perfect house for our group. Finding a place where everyone gets their own bathroom is like findin a needle in a haystack but once you arrive and learn about the house transformation it makes the place even more amazing. Great setup beautiful views
This property is ideal for multiple couples/families. Each room we used had a separate bathroom. There is plentiful living/common space as well. The home is a short drive to a great hike of the lunch loop trail and has excellent views off the back deck and living room. The beds were comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. Scott was a terrific host, great communication and very welcoming.

Great property
This house was perfect for our group of 9! Views are beautiful, and it made us feel like we were far away, although it was close and convenient to everything we were doing in Grand Junction. The house is stocked with almost anything that you may have forgotten, which is rare for a Vrbo. All five bedrooms have attached bathrooms, which was a bonus! The pool table was a bonus that we enjoyed as well. There is plenty of space for a large group, and a great patio as well. The owner was really responsive, and showed us the house when we arrived. I highly recommend this property for any large group.

Gorgeous views and great space!
This home has some of the best views of the mesa and Colorado monument. It fit us 14 girls perfectly for a wonderful girls birthday weekend. Todd as the host was so amazing. He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house. If we ever go to palisade or grand junction again we will be staying here! So fun. So beautiful.

Fantastic
This property was so perfect!!! We were having a family gathering, we could not have picked a better place. Todd was so friendly and helpful, took time with us at the house and shared stories about the furniture and the house. You can see how much work he has done. He was happy to answer questions during our stay. We felt very welcome. The location is great, the views were fantastic! The deck has a gas fire pit and it was a great place for morning coffee! The house has anything and everything you could ever need. The bedrooms were comfortable and each has its own bath! There is plenty of room to spread out, we were 10 to sleep and more for dinners and we had more than enough room. We made great use of the pool room. I highly recommend this house. If we ever have the opportunity to do this in Grand Junction again we will be back. We may to make plans so we can come back!!!

What are great place Todd and Sophorn have, obvious pride of ownership! It was clean, well-equipped with everything top quality. Most people chintz on TP Kleenex, etc. They have the best and softest TP! Like home is your motto, apparently because you are obviously so interested in constantly improving. Just a couple of minor suggestions are given as follows: it would be nice to have bar soap. In the bathroom next to the washer dryer, having two triangular shelves next to the shower heads would be a big improvement over putting the shampoo etc., on the windowsill. Normally, I do not do reviews unless something is really great or bad. Yours is GREAT! And, it was so close to downtown and to hiking at Colorado National Monument. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.
Several family members from IL and WY stayed at this home in Grand Junction for a family reunion and to eat peaches!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect. Close to Palisades for peaches. Close to Monument National Park. Close to Grand Mesa. Bike trails galore! Awesome views! And a grocery store in the area. Easy to get to. The house itself was spacious and comfortable for 7 adults, but could easily accommodate several more. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom, all beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with any appliance you might need; 4 door fridge with ice maker and water in the door. So many amenities were included! Coffee, condiments, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, laundry soap; too numerous to mention. And the views from the large deck and great room, just beautiful! Host Todd was amazing and responsive. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for accommodation and location. Our only disappointment was we booked our trip too early in the summer to pick our own peaches, but the fruit stands all had plenty on hand to purchase. We hope to return again next season!

Once every 10-15 year winter storm wedding week
My brother scheduled 2/18 for his wedding, and when the time came it was the coldest and most snow that dropped in GJ in over 10 years. 1: problem with our rental car meant it couldn’t make it up the slopes sharp corner turn on the private drive to house. Todd happened to be nearby and graciously met us at the Safeway to shuttle : of us and our luggage up to the house! Then when we thought he left, a few minutes later we heard shoveling….he was helping to clear out some more snow. 2: My mom mentioned that she was impressed with, not only the fact there is so much kitchen equipment (pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc), but the appliances weren’t just the cheapest things to fill the shelves (pod coffee maker, 3 bodies, coffee grinder, stand mixer, hot water kettle, etc) 3: even though it was pretty much below freezing most of the time, the warmth in the home from the independent heater systems (even the heated floor in part of the home) kept us all very comfortable. 4: The dining table was big enough to seat 10 comfortably (and a 2nd table was there for 6 more), this was perfect for us to have my bro’s fiancée and some of her family come over and have dinner. If not for the space in the home and ability to accommodate, we would have likely had to find a restaurant, but this allowed us to all be together and hear everyone’s contribution to the conversation. Overall great home! Thanks Todd for a great addition to my bro’s wedding with the wonderful place to stay!

Perfect for a Family gathering.
Todd and his wife could not be more kind and accommodating. The house is large and roomy and very well appointed. With the Colorado Monument Park just off the back porch and Arches National Park 1:45hrs. away it’s a wonderful location. Don’t miss the drive from Cisco to Moab, truly beautiful.

Perfect vibes and great views
Our stay here was the perfect home base for our friends annual mountain biking trip. With Lunch loops so close by, we were able to go straight from the trails to the house. Good wifi and all of the amenities needed for a perfect trip.
