Worst VRBO experience ever
We booked this great looking house for our Christmas vacation, it was nice looking online and in a perfect location. The listing said it slept 8 and that it had 3 bedrooms and multiple beds. We got a message from the host 4 days before our trip saying they were excited to host us and did we have any questions. I did have questions about the beds but the host never replied. I got a new message from the host with check in instructions the day before arrived. When we arrived we found the house hadn’t been cleaned from the previous stay. Dirty bedding and bathrooms, dirty dishes in the sink, food in the fridge and even cigarette butts on the front porch and back patio. I figured there had been a mix up with the cleaning company so I didn’t worry too much,I thought I’d message the host and they’d send someone over. The host NEVER responded. I called VRBO and they gave me his phone number so I called several times but he never answered the phone and I couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. VRBO was great and asked what I wanted to do so I asked for a refund as we ended up dividing up our group and stayed with two different families. Two days later we got an other message from the host (by now I realized it’s all just automated) asking how we were setting in and saying again if we needed anything at all just message him! I can’t believe a host could just completely ignore their guests, I’ve never experienced anything like this.

Comfortable and well appointed Mid Century Modern Ranch
We really enjoyed our stay! Great communication with the host. Bed was very comfortable. TVs in each room. The hot tub was very nice! Lots of space and a quiet neighborhood. There was a bit of construction on the road which delayed our arrival a bit due to paving in front of the unit. This caused us to arrive in the dark and I would only recommend that the front porch light be left on for guests arriving as the sun is setting earlier and earlier this time of year. That being said it did not damper our experience in the least. We would love to stay there again! It was a lovely home and area. 10 out of 10 would recommend! 😊

Great place to stay near Grand Junction
Comfortable for two families, quiet neighborhood. Lots of fun activities in the house/patio. Nice yard for a dog. Good location for biking, 7 min to Lunch Loops, 35 min to 18 Rd.

Wonderful stay with amenities that my family loved. Very comfortable house with everything we needed and much more. Short distance to so many parts of town. The bike trail being one house down was really a perk for us. No issues at all would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful property
Was a wonderful stay, the only downside was the hot tub was unusable when we arrived and was only going to be cleaned after we were leaving. It was a big draw for why we chose this listing so that was disappointing. Everything else was great! If you choose to stay here, especially for the hot tub like we had planned, make sure it's cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival.

This property was the perfect place to come together as a family during our visit for our mother’s celebration of life. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. The home is well-equipped and has lots of comfortable gathering spaces. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay
This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were just perfect. We enjoyed all the games, hot tub, and pool table. It was a very comfortable environment and a wonderful weekend stay. My dog loved the backyard and being able to run around. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond. I had a hiccup with the app for check in, but I reached out to the host and they got back to me quickly to provide me the information to get in.
