Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom vacation home located in the picturesque town of Grand Lake, Colorado. This beautifully decorated mountain retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay while enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with high-quality linens, making it the perfect place to rest and recharge after a long day of hiking or skiing. The room also includes a spacious closet and dresser for guests to store their belongings during their stay. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is a shared room that includes both a full bed and a twin bed. Additionally, we have a twin-sized air mattress stored for guest use, providing additional sleeping options for larger groups.

Our fully stocked kitchen offers everything guests need to prepare their favorite meals at home. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes. We also provide basic pantry staples such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices to make cooking more convenient.

The spacious living room is perfect for lounging and relaxing with family and friends. It features a comfortable sofa and chairs, a large flat-screen TV with cable and streaming services, and a cozy fireplace. The dining area adjacent to the living room comfortably seats six guests, and the open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy each other's company.

The back patio offers plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery and observe the neighborhood wildlife in the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is the perfect place to barbecue with the group, as we provide a gas grill and all the necessary grilling tools for a fun and delicious outdoor cooking experience.

The home also includes two and a half bathrooms, making it easy for guests to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. The bathrooms feature clean and modern fixtures, and we provide plush towels and basic toiletries for guests' convenience.
