This is an excellent location and a beautiful home. Nicely stocked and so easy to enjoy everything in Grand Lake. We will definitely stay here again.

The only small thing Id say is that the place is not actually on the lake like I thought. The road needs some grading at the bottom of the hill. Rest is great

This property is amazing! Great mountain and
Frozen lake views. Big windows all the way around. Close to town. The cleanliness and attention to detail as a VRBO is outstanding.
We would like to return with our grandchildren.

Breathtaking views from the patio & balcony
The house was very clean, and layed out nicely. The cabinets and drawers were labeled where things were and where we should put them back. Having a bathroom or half bath on each level was great to have. The house was only a mile or so from down town and it was so pretty.
