The manager Janice and front desk clerk Aiko were both awesome. I will make to his my go to hotel in Dawson Creek. The entire service staff was great. I gave the hotel 4 Stars not 5 as because the hotel design services they offer are not 5 stars but 3 stars the staff makes punches above their weight to make if a 4 star hotel.

The staff is amazing .The room is very clean and large. The only issue I have is the room is located in the front where there is a very busy street. This causes it to be super noisy. Very hard to sleep with the noise.

The jets in the jacuzzi were dirty so it created a gross film. Not much for breakfast, cereal or toast/bagel. Staff was nice and accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms.

I was dissatisfied with the continental breakfast during both days of my stay. The selection and maintenance of this was not ideal. A couple of the staff I interacted with seemed less than happy to help. The breakfast was important to my stay so I wouldn’t choose this place again.
