Just an absolutely incredible experience hotel. My partner and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was mind-blowingly gorgeous. Staff was truly incredible, personable, professional, absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this experience.

Have stayed here previously and love the fact that it is literally across the street from Waverley train station. Rooms are quite large with many having incredible views toward the city. And do not miss visiting the absolutely gorgeous Grand Cafe.

We had a room on one of the lanes and it was very noisy at 2-4am. Shame as it’s a great hotel. Would only go back if I got a different room.

Lovely boutique hotel only a short walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station. The room was spacious with a very comfortable King size bed and ensuite shower room with large walk in shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar / restaurant area was very attractive.
