"Stayed here for 7 nights, with a revolving group of people coming and going. This was a perfect location for a relaxed holiday. We stayed at home for dinner a couple of the nights and we loved being able to have breakfast at home everyday. Several restaurants and apres locations are very walkable as well. The apartment is convenient to the ski lifts at El Tarter and very convenient to shopping at Caves Manacor. I would definitely stay at this property again."

They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. "Ubicación excelente si se quiere acceder a Grandvalira por el telecabina de Canillo. Edificio moderno. Apartamento aceptable aunque el sofá estaba algo roto (pero el de mantenimiento lo arreglo) y un radiador no funcionaba (nos dieron un calefactor). El mayor problema fue el exceso de calefacción, ya que no conseguimos que la temperatura bajará de 27 C, salvo abriendo ventanas. La plaza de aparcamiento muy justa, pero tuve suerte que no había nadie en la contigua. "

It was only about 10 minutes walk from Soldeu gondola which is fine provided you have a ski equipment locker in the main village. I have a few small criticisms though. Firstly it wasn't easy to find, the map on the website is correct but it is actually called La Pleta De Soldeu. "Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"Amé la estancia, el hotel no puede estar en mejor ubicación justo frente de las estaciones de ski con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación y cualquier punto del hotel, y con servicio de transfer a las pistas. El staff en extremo amable y pendiente al mínimo detalle, hicieron muy agradable nuestra estancia. Fue nuestra primera vez visitando Andorra y puedo decir que fue la mejor elección escoger este lugar para nuestra estancia. 10/10"

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "
