Chase's River Cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. On the main level, you'll find a cozy queen bedroom, a full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cookware. The open concept dining, kitchen, and living area is the perfect space to gather with friends and family. Enjoy stunning views of the river from every room on this level, or step outside onto the large gathering deck with heat and BBQ, where you can enjoy a meal or soak in the breathtaking views. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable full bed and an ensuite bath in the upper bedroom, as well as a beautiful view of the river from the window. Downstairs, there are two twin beds, a large living area with a fireplace, and a laundry room for your convenience. The lower level also has a great outside patio gathering area, where you can enjoy the views and the fresh mountain air. And don't forget the cool retro chair lift that you can enjoy swinging on while taking in the beauty of the river!

When you're ready to explore, take a short hike from the property or relax by the river on our beautiful beach, complete with a solo firepit for those chilly evenings. We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

1) All your information for directions, check-in, house information, codes, check-out instructions will be emailed to you 2 days prior to your arrival.

2) If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $32 per pup per night. This fee is added post booking. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. Please note that we kindly ask you to not allow dogs on the furniture, beds, or in the sleeping loft.

3) We do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not arrive early, or stay past check-out. The cleaners will be there by 11 AM. If the cabin is ready before the standard 4 PM time, our team will message you. The cabin is usually booked back to back with every guest deserving a fully cleaned and presented cabin :)

4) We do recommend that you bring a couple bundles of dry firewood and kindling for that great fire in the fireplace and firepit.

5) AllTrails is a great resource for your local hikes and excursions.

7) Closest gas, grocery, outfitters, firewood, restaurants, coffee, and bars is 5 minutes to the West in Granite Falls Washington. You should find everything you need there.
