Private heaven
Beautiful property. Felt like home, especially since we have the same kitchen cabinets at home. Nicest hot tub I’ve ever used. No chemical smell or burning of eyes. Simply an awesome house!

Pictures do not justify the beauty found here
The listing accurately reflects the outstanding amenities of the property. This mountain home contained all of the conveniences of a newly built vacation home. The best feature of this property are the views both day and night. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a private getaway in the mountains.

Gorgeous house
The house was perfect. It was exactly like the pictures shown. Hot tub and the sauna were great amenities. The only issue we had was the water smelled of rotten eggs (too much sulfur, maybe) but that happens with well water at times. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Weekend Getaway
Very nice property. Enjoyed the summer nights outside and the privacy of the location. Property and surrounding country side is beautiful. I know in the sheets it says that two hands will be needed to turn top nob in upstairs shower but it got to the point where I could not turn it any. Other than that a really great experience! Thank you for sharing you wonderful house.

Magical....
Had a Magical Stay at Isabel's beautiful home! Everything was perfect and there wasn't a need for anything as Isabel is the most accommodating host I have ever encountered renting through VRBO and others! The cabin is perfectly secluded and provides the much needed getaway your soul craves from your busy life! Our dogs thourougly enjoyed running the property and the hot tub under the stars with the snow flurries was breathtaking! Asked to stay another day but sadly she was already booked! Wouldn't hesitate to rent again with Isabel ! Thank you to our amazing host! Some people really know how to host! With thanks, Bea, Paul, Molly and Casey !

Feb 25th - 27th stay
Fantastic experience for a ski vacation. Everything was easy to use and instructions were clear. The amenities from the hot tub to the kitchen were wonderful. One thing that I will note is that the water had the smell and taste of sulfur. I know it has to do with the well water so I don’t know how to address it, however, I think future guests should be made aware of this such that they can buy bottled water if they wish ahead of time. But other than that, we had an excellent stay!

Serene and peaceful
Right from the get go, Isabella was a pleasure to deal with, and was beyond accommodating with check in. We especially loved the clean hot tub watching the sunset. We even caught a beautiful rainbow over the mountain side after a light rain! The fact that it was only 6 miles from a large supermarket meant we could use the fully stocked kitchen to make great meals. My son and I spent much time in the basement playing ping pong, and battling for highest score on the pinball machine (He won at 112,500). There was much to do, and we did Adirondack ATV, went hiking at thunder falls, and boating at Lake George. We will come back to see what it's like in the winter.

Much needed getaway
We had an absolutely fantastic time at this wonderful cabin. Cooking in the kitchen was great with all of the retro appliances, sitting on the porch watching the rain or early in the morning with coffee was so relaxing and of course nothing could beat the hot tub! My daughter loved climbing in the bunk beds, trying to play ping pong and getting bonuses on the pinball machine. My only problem was that since I played on the floor alot with my son I noticed how dusty the floor was. I feel like the person cleaning could have done a better job especially knowing they are dark wood which shows the dust more.

Liked: Cleanliness
Cute cabin on gorgeous property
My husband and I rented this cabin for our anniversary getaway. When we arrived, the cabin had not been cleaned. Thankfully, all the cleaning supplies were easy to find! We cleaned for about 2 hours when we got there, vacuuming, mopping, cleaned the toilet, wiped down the counters/cabinets/windows, and then we were ready to relax! The cabin is well made, with attention to detail throughout. The property was gorgeous, with walking trails in the fields that we enjoyed hiking. The hot tub was very nice! The jets, lights, and everything worked, plus it had an awesome view!! We visited a winery and ate lunch in the Colored Slate Belt Capital. We enjoyed the peace, quiet, and tranquility this property offered!! It was just what we needed to recharge!

Unplug
If you’re looking for a beautiful home that’s got all of the amenities you could ever want and still allows you to unplug and get some much needed R&R this is the place!!! The Mountain View’s are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from the Hot tub or the partially covered porch that wraps around the home. If I could give this property and it’s owner six stars I would. We had a much needed relaxing weekend stay and would love to go back

Peaceful and a lot of fun on top of a mountain
Very peaceful location on lots of land and completely private. We enjoyed the walks on the mowed trails through fields of purple flowers. The mountain top view is spectacular, and the breeze kept us cool on some of this summer's warmest days. The kitchen has everything anyone could need, and our adult children enjoyed playing ping-pong in the basement.

House that has it all
This is our second stay and are never disappointed. Isabel is a super host. She provides a lot more than any home we have stayed in. Her property is beautiful and secluded yet minutes to town if you need anything. Just pack your clothes and some light meals. If you are looking to just get away and relax this is the perfect home. Great getaway
Beautiful property, cozy cabin. House was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, wood, fire starters. Owner goes above and beyond to provide extra amenities. We stayed over a cold and snowy weekend. Really enjoyed the wood stove, sauna and hot tub. Definitely need 4WD vehicle in the winter. Not far from small town with restaurants and groceries. Would definitely recommend!
