"#12 bus from airport (~€2) Directly opposite the beach. Short walk to the old town. Short walk to the city shops. Roof top pools and sun deck. Short train ride to Monaco & Cannes. The owner is a delight to communicate with and very responsive. So much to do in the area for all of the family, we will definitely be back!"

"This was a great location and comfortable space. My only issue is that it wasn’t quite equipped for a lengthy stay. There was a nearby ALDIs that was great for getting more toilet paper/soap though."

"The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule...

"We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

"We stayed here for a week and loved the apartment! The space is just as seen in the pictures and is spotless. The kitchen is well equiped and the apartment is very comfortable overall. We did need to buy toilet paper as they did not leave much, and I would recommend bringing ear plugs and pillow because the bed is not great and there are no extra pillows. The location is awesome and the view is amazing! I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would happily stay again!"

"Best location to all things in Nice. Tram stop nearby and if you are a walker then this is heaven. Just moments from the beach, shops, food, and historic sights. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs to the apartment but it worked for us. Not to mention the view from the apartment is amazing. "
