Ambiente familia!
Experiência Incrivel, o espaço bem familia, buffet excelente, atendimento dos garçons, animadores perfeitos também! Nunca vi meu filho se divertir tanto la. A única observação que farei e relativo ao mobiliario do apto que fiquei, onde uma das camas estava quebrada, porem solicitei a troca e fui atendido, a tv tem poucas opçoes de canais disponiveis, mas nada que faça tanta falta uma vez que ficamos bem ocupados pelos animadores. Recomendo d+.

Indico o hotel mas com ressalvas...
Escolhi esse hotel mesmo sabendo que não tinha uma ótima classificação... Pois bem. Logo na chegada aguardamos muito para finalmente podermos nos acomodar porque a recepcionista era novata e não sabia mexer com o sistema do check in... achei um desrespeito pois estávamos exaustos e com três crianças... o quarto era espaçoso porém não condizia com as Fotos que vimos. Acho que se referia ao flat do hotel que eles alugam. O quarto estava com poeira nos painéis da cama e os travesseiros cheirando a usado, colchões rasgados. Para minha surpresa o café da manhã foi bem simples com pouquíssima variedade apesar de estar gostoso. Como fomos durante a semana o hotel não estava cheio o que tornou mais tranquila nossa estadia. O ponto alto do hotel é a área de lazer para as crianças com parquinhos e quadras. A fazendinha onde ficam os animais é outro ponto de destaque. Tudo muito bem cuidado. O serviço com os cavalos é terceirizado onde temos a opção de fazer trilha. A área do hotel é muito boa e a paisagem muito bonita. Acho que o hotel já foi um grande empreendimento e me parece que estão tentando se reerguer. Existem obras em andamento a anos... não sei em que momento o hotel se perdeu pois no geral está com aspecto de abandono em suas instalações. Funcionários no geral solícitos com ressalva a alguns que pareciam ser de algum cargo de chefia mas que não trocaram nenhum olhar complacente... uma pena... porque o que mais prezamos num hotel é nos sentirmos em casa, bem acolhidos.

O quarto é bom, amplo e arejado. O frigobar estava vazio. em termos gerais, o hotel precisa de manutenção. Os banheiros perto do refeitório estavam sujos na hora do café da manhã e sem papel toalha.

Eu comprei pelo Expedia Pensão Completa, porém quando eu cheguei ao hotel para fazer o check um está como meia pensão. Em imediatamente a recepcionista do hotel mudou para pensão completa quando eu mostrei o e-mail de comprovação de reserva. Equeipd do Hotel muito atenciosa, mas espero que o grupo expedia tome mais cuidado da próxima vez, pois passei por esse constrangimento!

No geral bom, as piscinas precisar de limpeza.
O hotel no geral é bom, os quartos são limpos e amplos, porém as piscinas precisariam de mais atenção estavam sujas e na piscina aquecida as bordas tinham muito lodo precisa de limpeza urgente, senti falta de mais informações sobre as programações de passeios dentro do hotel fica tudo muito solto.

No final de semana o hotel é muito bom, café da manhã, almoço e jantar são fartos, diversificados e saborosos(para pensão completa). Mas, para hóspedes que estendem sua estadia durante a semana o serviço não é o mesmo, com a desculpa de que o hotel está vazio, me foi oferecido um CARDÁPIO limitado e nada diversificado. As piscinas estavam sujas e mal cuidadas. O ponto alto do hotel é a fazendinha e o recreador para crianças, muito atencioso e animado. A iluminação do quarto é fraca, tv a cabo com pouquíssimos canais disponíveis e o wi fi não pega no quarto. Mas no geral a estadia foi boa, os funcionários são educados e solícitos, quarto grande.

Recepção na chegada bem atenciosa. O quarto tamanho bom, cama relativamente confortáveis, travesseiro com cheiro muito estranho de usado, aparelho telefônico no quarto não funcionava e precisei pedir uma refeição indo a recepção. Comida sem sabor e café da manhã fraquíssimo.
