Villa of 130 m² for rent in July and August in residential district in Graveson (13690) 15 minutes from the town center of Avignon (festival July 5 to 26), 10 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from St -Rémy de Provence, and 1 hour from the sea.

Juste parfait!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et très agréable. Proche d’Avignon, Saint Remy de Provence etc. Nous n’avons manqué de rien ! La piscine est top, super propre. Le jardin est spacieux, bien entretenu. C’est une maison super pour les enfants (nous en avions 4 entre 10 ans et 2 ans): il y a tout ce qu il faut pour les amuser: jeux pour tous âges, balancoire, trampoline, table de ping pong, filet de volley, terrain de pétanque. Le potager dans le jardin est génial et permet d’avoir des légumes frais tous les jours. Les enfants ont adoré le séjour. La propriétaire est adorable, super disponible et hyper arrangeante (elle nous a installé lits bébé etc qu’on a pas eu à transporter!). On recommande vivement cet endroit!

La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité ! La maison est extrêmement bien équipée et très bien entretenue. La propriétaire laisse tout à disposition, les équipements sont nombreux et en excellent état. Le jardin est le paradis des enfants et des ados, impossible qu'ils s'ennuient. La climatisation est un vrai plus lorsque la canicule s'installe. Région très riche en termes de visites et activités. Pour finir, la propriétaire et son papa (à proximité de la maison) feront tout pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Un grand Merci à eux.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines de vacances en famille dans cette jolie maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée : elle est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l’extérieur: jardin piscine et boulodrome. Les enfants ne se sont pas ennuyés une seule seconde, il y a bcp de choses pour eux sur place. La maison est très bien entretenue et très propre. Un grand merci pour l'accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésiter...

La maison idéale pour des vacances en famille
Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans votre maison et vous remercions sincèrement pour votre accueil. La maison est moderne, très bien entretenue et suréquipée en particulier pour la partie loisir. On a pas le temps de s'ennuyer et les enfants sont ravis. Le "plus" -surtout pour des petits "parisiens"- c est de pouvoir récupérer des oeufs dans le poulailler et d'aller cueillir des légumes et des fruits dans le potager du jardin. La localisation est également idéale car permet de découvrir facilement les plus beaux sites du secteur. Pour les plus sportifs, la montagnette située à proximité immédiate permet de réaliser des sorties course à pieds ou VTT dans un cadre privilégié. Encore merci à vous et à Michel.

Séjour au top !
Maison idéale pour des familles, agréable et très bien équipée. Le seul regret de notre semaine c'est qu'on s'est senti tellement bien dans cette maison que c'est passé trop vite ! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et très accueillant.
