Location cannot be beat. Literally next door to Coconuts which is a top resort. Simply walk there. Amenities - swimming pools, water park, restaurant, bar, live music, ice cream shop. Also pet friendly. www.coconuts@thelake.com. walk out the door from the home and simply walk a few feet next door.

Hillbilly Yacht Club - is also just a walk away via our private homeowners easement. Bar, restaurant, corn hole and often karaoke or live music.

- private, spacious. 100 ft of lake frontage, parking. lots of space between dock and neighbor which is rare
- large dock w/boat slip, SUP & kayak. Fish, swim, sunbathe. plenty of seating.
- fenced for our dog lovers. let them roam, worry free.
- 400 sq foot deck, propane and charcoal bbq grills, lots of seating
- upper deck with comfy chairs. all 4 bedrooms have sliding door access to upper deck.
- fire pit, chairs, marsh mellow sticks

- Four bedrooms, all with queen beds. all with sliding door access to spacious upper deck. with a great view.
- Large shower/bathroom on upper floor located next to bedrooms. plenty of towels in bedrooms and bathroom.
- Large kitchen, dining and family room on lower level. fully stocked.
- 2nd bathroom with shower and tub on lower level. beach towels located in bathroom closet.
- Smart TV
- Karaoke machine
- Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils
- Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster
- towels, too many to count

Large deck (400 square feet). Lots of seating, charcoal and gas grills, lounge chairs. Great views. Perfect for outdoor meals and hanging out.

Blacktop parking on upper level. concrete pad can accommodate two cars.

additional cars can park lakeside. large grass area. turn into Hillybilly Yacht Club to access lake side.

Fully fenced for dog lovers! simply shut the gate and don't worry. plenty of space for dogs to wander.

Dock is spacious. one boat slip. Paddle board, kayak, lilly pad. lounge chairs, table/chairs, stand up bar.
