Au Sable River Front!
Summary:
Au Sable River front! Spacious and Beautiful.
The Space:
Perfect location! On the river with lots of frontage and a huge yard for games. Walk a couple blocks to downtown Grayling for dining and shopping and a bait shop! The trout are calling! Brand new dock. Sit and watch the river flow by or launch the two provided canoes. Covered patio to grill and chill. 3 private bedrooms including a master suite with jacuzzi and a bunk room with a ping pong table. A wood burning stove, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and multiple large spaces to gather. There is zero boat traffic or fishermen here! There is a fire pit by the river. Wood is provided. Two canoes are provided. Even fishing poles! Yard games including volleyball, ladder ball, spikeball, canjam and cornhole. Basketball hoop in the driveway. Its a great spot to be all times of the year!

Great location for a getaway with friends. Close eats, close tube rental, great spot on the river. Would recommend

Great spot to relax
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is great and the perfect location. A short walk to a BBQ joint and to downtown to all shops and restaurants. We were able to fish and sit at the bonfire. The BBQ place played some great Blues that we could enjoy from the back. The fishing is great too. We would love to rebook for the canoe race.

Labor Day.
Location was perfect. Resturant’s, ORV trails, golf, river for canoeing. Penrods is right around the corner.
