"In the winter time it was nice to have the underground parking out of the elements. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to leave a day early and pleased to find out it was a simple process to check out early. The only negative that wasn't a big deal was the floor squeaked a little bit. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and would go again."

"Shawn, in the main office, checked us in and was very welcoming and courteous. He gave us easy directions to our cabin for the night and was very thorough with our checkout procedures. The room was very warm and cozy and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of travel. I’m not sure if they keep the Christmas lights on year round but it definitely felt like a winter wonderland with the pretty lights and snow on the ground. Would definitely stay again since the rooms were affordable and the hospitality was great. "

"We were here in January 2025 for a couple winter tours in Yellowstone Park. It wasn't busy so hard to tell about noise issues but it very comfortable. The breakfast was fine, typical hotel breakfast. The host in the breakfast area was very nice and attentive. Would stay here again."
