"The thick older walls of this hotel made for a quiet room. The shower had excellent water pressure. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. After the renovations are complete this should be a really nice place to stay."

"It’s exactly what you would expect for lodges in a state park. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and we could even have our dog with us! Service was good and staff was friendly. Beautiful setting. Deer everywhere along what use to be the golf course. A great 2 mile walk….we probably saw 20 deer! "

"Great hotel with comfy beds. Only issue is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Somewhat difficult for older person."
