The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had a bit of a mix up with the booking but it was resolved without issues. The only thing was that the a/c seemed to be malfunctioning so the rooms were stifling, very hot. Opening the window seemed to help a bit.

I paid for a Junior Suite, but the minibar contents were not included, despite the higher cost compared to other categories except executive suites. The pricing structure seems unreasonable. Additionally, the shampoo bottle attached to the wall caused a deep scratch on my elbow.

Pros: Very convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Cons: Queen-size bed with a single cover; if you move around, your leg will be out of the cover. The heater is on all the time even if it's springtime, a waste of energy.

Housekeeping staff noisy and loud ! If you want to be woken up like in a prison camp by shouting staff then this is your place ! On the busiest weekend in their calendar the managements had a nice weekend off and I could not talk to them about my experience. Happy that they could sleep in , I could not !!

AC was not working when I arrived. Front desk immediately checked it and had another room available for me and had the key to my new room delivered to me in the first room. I was upgraded to a privileged room with wet bar included at no extra charge. They handled it extremely well.

Moderne og behagelig hotell i Graz.

Moderne hotell i Graz. Utmerket frokost. Lå på Lend-plass. Det tok bare ca 10 minutter å gå inn til det absolutte sentrum (Hauptplatz). Vil derfor si at hotellet lå sentralt til. Rommet var moderne og med et romslig bad. Kan anbefale dette hotellet !
