"Great location. Quiet and close to grocery store and cafe my fat puku which was great!Some plumbing issues but thats life and have already discussed with Mike. Mosquitoes were a big deal for me as i react badly. Unfortunately Window mesh didn't fill all the gaps . Duct tape would help as a first aid measure or mike put some adhesive foam on the bottom of the frames already there."

"We were wowed by the views when we stepped inside! We had a great stay, property was as advertised and communications with Robyn were easy and clear. Very short drive to the beach. Up a steep driveway and our 4wd rental car was definitely needed. We would certainly stay again. "

"Great views across the water and very secluded. It wasn’t quite how the pictures show and needs a little work to get back to the standard of the original photos and some parts need a bit of a clean. I understand it is high in the trees so there will have been insects about and that’s all fine, but the windows hadn’t been cleaned on the outside for a while, the driveway needs some weeding/ferns nurtured so it is easier to park/get out. "A well appointed convenient and comfortable loft with fantastic views. Very pleasant and quiet in the late afternoon and evening. We were dismayed at the level of evasive noise including music and clearly audible conversation from the cafe below beginning around 7.20am until the end of the day. Jos did address the loud music in the early hours but still a lot of noise coming from below. Descent sound installation would help. If you are not bothered by noise then a great place to stay"
