"Kingston is about 10km from Hobart, however the hotel is just off the highway so it’s about 15mins drive to Hobart city. There’s supermarkets and restaurants on the other side of the road so very convenient. There’s also a beach in the area. The room is spacious with all amenities like kettle and cups with plates to make tea and full toiletries in the bathroom. Car parking is available and lovely staff. I would definitely stay here again."

"There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs."

"The room we had was so beautiful. Although the bathroom was across the hall, it was only ours. Very private and secure for our own toiletries. We could not believe how comfortable and safe we felt in our first B&B experience. The inclusive breakfast was amazing. Choice on private menu and the coffee was perfect. We will definitely be back. "Mary and Jason were very helpful and kind. The apartment is well appointed with everything needed and many extras. Very clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. Great location for beach, cafes and great food at the Kingston hotel (just a short drive). Highly recommend this property. "

"Absolutely gorgeous property surrounded by amazing views. It was a great opportunity to get close to the wallabies. The house is spacious and has great lighting. Beach was close by and easy to walk to. Andrea was very accommodating when we had an additional guest join us at the last minute, couldn’t be anymore grateful for that. The deck is a great place to watch the stars, we got lucky when we got to see a shooting star. Only thing would have been to extend the stay another day because it was that amazing, I’ll know for next time. Thank you Andrea! "
