"We stayed here for a night and it was a lovely experience. Charlotte on the desk was welcoming and the staff were all really friendly. The hotel has just had a refurbishment and it looked great. The evening meal was brilliant as was the selection of gins! This hotel is amazing for people travelling with dogs. Our dog was made welcome with his own bed and pamper package! We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be visiting again. Thank you for a marvellous stay. "

"Great looking hotel, very comfortable Country House style indoors . Excellent ambiance. Very generous room size and well appointed . Complimentary slippers are a great touch as the tile floor of bathroom is very cold ! Parking is good, a little walk away in the large grounds ."

"Lovely large bedrooms at rear of property and plent6 of parking. The staff were first class in all areas and even got a call before arriving warning us that the road would be closed at 7pm for works preventing access to car park. Food very good in restaurant. Don’t be put off by first view from street the interior and rooms are excellent."

"Excellent service both in reception and the restaurant. Rooms were very nice (though could do with an additional chair). Needs another EV charger or two."
