This was my second stay at Sandyport and I loved it even more than my first last year (February). The staff is amazing, extremely helpful - be sure to see Lady Sarah for all your tour adventures right there in the resort lobby - and just downright amazing. I cannot wait to return later in the fall, this year!

We came back third time, before it’s used to be much friendlier atmosphere employees and the service, and we loved it and came back but this year 2025 we noticed a lot of changes No water battles in the room witch is very strange you will always have to go and buy at their stores, the staff became like they doing a favor to anything you will ask. We stayed at Grand Hyatt Reserve side they have this beautiful lounge always drinks and snacks this time we came it was under renovation and they opened small corner to provide this accommodation for the Reserve side travelers it was nothing like before.
