"Checkin was easy and receptionist was pleasant. The lobby and room was just as pictured online. The room was very clean and had a clean fresh scent. The bed was comfortable, no signs of bedbugs and tv had basic cable. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water available. My main concern was the noise from guests with dogs (some were unable to control their pets) and the urine smell in the car park at the side and rear of the building. I also had to ask guests not to smoke...

"Had to recheck my booking when I discovered it was a basement apartment. I don’t think I would have chosen. It was quite adequate just not to our liking. You can hear toilets flush, babies crying, walking across floor. All quite normal just not to our liking. Handrail needs to be added as we were all well into our sixties and seventies. Lamps and rugs would help tremendously. Completely renovated space just lacking basic amenities."

"When we arrived to the property after 7 hours of driving we were told the hotel doesn't exist anymore and was turned into a half-way house 3 weeks ago. So after fighting Staten Island traffic to get there we had to fight it again to get back to NJ to get another hotel. "

"I liked the room and the comfortable king size bed. The coffee maker in the room was great, so convenient. The mini refrigerator in the room was a definite asset which I used for cold drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a large variety of options, all of them tasty and fresh.
