The property is located in an area where walking could be a hazard. You will require transportation shuttle to and from the airport which is provided by the hotel. The service at the front desk could be provided in a more friendlier way since people from all over the world travel through NY. Many whose first language is not English. The room and bathroom were clean. The buffet breakfast was descent for the hotel

The only problem I had with this hotel was that at check-in, a black woman, a bit rude because I didn't want to pay for the upgrade she was offering, assigned me a room (1460) with a view that was worse than terrible. I immediately went down to the front desk to complain, and a very kind gentleman assisted me. He understood the situation and moved me to an excellent room (3509) with a partial view of Times Square.
