Friendliest staff I have encountered in my travels. Demitry stood out as a most helpful, willing to please, and extremely social. Everyone else did not fall behind, superb courteous, friendly and pause great attention to detail.

The positive: VERY friendly staff! While the rooms were clean and modern, they felt sterile and lacking of character. The property is right on a busy road and we heard motorcycles and other traffic all night long. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable; the pillows were like huge overstuffed lumps….leaving us with aching backs and necks. Secret View looks pretty on the surface and in photos, but if you’re looking for comfort and quiet, this is not the place for you. Breakfast was underwhelming, with minimal included options, compared to other places we’ve stayed on the island.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a great location, just a short walk to Oia and even closer to Finikia which has some great places to eat. The food at secret view was average, the night menu is very poor so wouldn’t recommend that. Otherwise a nice stay.

Was unimpressed with our stay at this hotel, considering the price of it, they didn’t even offer a proper cup of coffee in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast choices were really limited and small portions. Not a great location, we had to use taxis every night to get into Oia- so keep this in mind when booking. Not impressed and was really disappointed with the services given the prices.

The accommodation and staff were truly 5 star. The distance to Oia was a 5 minute walk and the local restaurants were amazing. The only downside we had was the size of the rooms, which we could not fit two suitcases on the ground and the beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise this stay would be a 5 star!

A gorgeous hotel on a gorgeous island!! The staff is absolutely amazing and were so proactive with any need you had. Food was fabulous and the VIEWS!! If you’re in/near Oia/Santorini this hotel is a MUST

Had an incredible experience at Secret View Hotel! The property boasts breathtaking ocean vistas. The staff are not only friendly but also enjoyable to interact with. Rooms are spotless and the beds provide utmost comfort. Conveniently located near Oía yet tucked away from the tourist hustle, it's a delightful stroll to Finikia's delectable dining spots. Don't miss out on the bartender's exceptional cocktails, especially the "Secret Key" drink!
