Auberge Manoir Ville Marie
10/10 Excellent
"Interesting building in a walkable part of Montreal."
"Very nice hotel to use as your base to go into downtown Montreal. The Metro is a 10min walk from hotel. Would not hesitate to stay again whenever visiting Montreal. "
"We are a family of four and really enjoyed our stay overall. The bedrooms were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom’s shower/tub area felt a bit small, and the tub was very slippery.
Breakfast was okay—there weren’t many options, but the staff were very friendly and handled the busy morning rush well.
One downside was the pool, which had an overpowering chlorine smell and felt overly treated.
Overall 9/10"
"My friends and I chose this hotel for its distance to Downtown Montréal as we came up here for cycling. 🚴♂️
Kat at the Front Desk was very pleasant to deal with. A friendly smile like hers, goes a long way! 😊
Its an older hotel, but pretty clean with comfortable beds. Would be nice if there was fresh water offered in the lobby."
"My daughter, her friend and I had a great stay at Maison Montplaisir. It’s on a quiet street, around the corner from a bus line that is only a short ride to the metro. The accommodations are not fancy, but it is very quiet, has everything you need and and the beds are really comfy. The host is an absolute gem! He is so warm and inviting, it made the stay extra special. We will definitely be returning. "
