"Location. Minutes walk away to the public transportation system. Breakfast is great. The staff are great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Just don’t get a room in the 1st floor. The set up is so weird. We have a room in the 1st floor. To be able to get to our room, we have to go to 2nd floor from the lobby , walk around to get to another elevator or stairs , then go down to the 1st floor. If I had known about it, I should have just waited till 3pm the regular check in time instead of getting accommodated for an early check in. "

"Giving five stars because the area, beds, cleanliness, breakfast, and customer service were great. The manager helped us when our room wasn't up to their usual standards and ensured he found a much better one. I think there were some new staff members so he stepped up when they struggled (please be patient with them if you are booking in the new few months). The room was shaded, smelled great, and had SUPER comfortable beds with a newer-looking bathroom on the street lined with trees, and it was really quiet. Breakfast was good too with many options. Super close to the Picadilly line and has scooters and bikes right outside with grocery stores and food options down the street. I'll be booking again and again for the kind of quality you get for a truly affordable rate in London - one of the fewest options you can get without breaking the bank or having to stay super far from the city center!"
