"This is a great hotel that is situated pretty well in the area of Nuuk. It is very easy to walk to pretty much anywhere in Nuuk from the hotel, even if walking to the downtown area is uphill going and if you have any water tours, the hotel literally can't get any closer than this. The hotel was very nice, clean and I actually had a pretty large room. The bed was very comfortable, the toilet was well maintained and there were plenty of outlets and lights in the room. I never got around to visiting the attached dining room but talking to other guests, it was pretty good. The front desk staff was quite nice and were very helpful in helping me find a good restaurant and getting a taxi back to the airport when it was time to leave. I don't have any other experience in any other hotel in Nuuk, but I would definitely recommend this one. "

"I have tried four times now to tell you that I tried to cancel this reservation through Hotels.com and with the Hotel Arctic. Our flight to Greenland was cancelled and we are not scheduled to get there until midnight tonight. This is all out of our control because Icelandair just cancelled with no clear explanation."

"Easy commute to the airport, ferry and downtown. Nice restaurant on site. Free laundry/ no detergent available in the laundry room. Front desk is closed in the evening and during the weekend. "

"We loved staying at Hotel Kulusuk. They picked us up from the airport even though we hadn’t explicitly asked for transport. Jacob works very hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, and still took time to talk with us and answer our questions. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee. It’s a set menu each day, and as a pescatarian I had no issues whatsoever. Vegetarians would probably want to let staff know ahead of time because they often had veggie options available but in limited amounts or only at certain meals. The village is about a 20 minute walk away, and it has a grocery store but there isn’t really anywhere else to eat, at least that we could find, so it’s really nice to have meals available at the hotel. We would absolutely stay again."
