"This was our second visit to the lakehouse, and it's become a very special place for our family. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with fishing, swimming, and boating right from the property. The house is thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. Even with a few days of rain, we enjoyed the screened-in porch and the beautiful views. We're already looking forward to our visit next year!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The view from the kitchen and living room is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, foosball table and the Elmore Sugar house ice cream which is close by. We found the hot tub rules somewhat intimidating, so we tried to minimize our use in the tub, but we still had lots of fun and hope to come back."

"In the prettiest Vermont setting, Little House wins your heart. I did not expect the inside to live up the outside vistas, but it does. An artist decorated the cabin with color and light and vintage decor. Plush cotton towels, soft cotton sheets and scented wrapped soaps. An outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill, both of which we used and enjoyed. I left refreshed and relaxed. I can't wait to go back."

"We loved the independence of staying in this little cottage. It felt private, though it was just across the drive from the "big house" and we could easily communicate with our hosts when we needed something. It has the feel of being out of the "madding crowd," but it's only five minutes outside of a town with groceries, a laundromat, and restaurants, etc. It was wonderful to have a whole kitchen at our disposal!"

"This cabin has great potential, but there needs to be full disclosure and clarity about its water issues. It was charming and clean, but we were so disappointed that both the gas grill and gas fireplace on the deck were unusable. There was only one empty propane tank under the grill and nothing in the fireplace. There is a wood burning/coal fire pit that we supplied our own wood for. The host did not respond to my inquiry about whether there was an additional propane tank someplace on site....
