Our room had some age, as in carpet stains & blemishes. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Gone are the days to ask for something from housekeeping. They will ask you to come down to the front desk to get it.

I needed study time and decided on Courtyard by Marriot based on other reviews. They were efficient and provided me with a quiet room to finish my work. Very clean and well decorated. I will recommend to any out of town clients coming to the Burlington area.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the internet wasn’t dependable. The service in the hotel in general was bad. If you plan to work while staying at this hotel, be prepared to use your hotspot.

Check-in was one of the most pleasant I've had in awhile at a hotel. I arrived at midnight and was promptly greeted, asked if I had any room preferences, and offered free bottled water. At check-out, the staff member acknowledged that I booked through Expedia and asked if I had a Bonvoy account so she could give me points for my stay. Wonderful, clean hotel with great staff!

It was amazing … just to get away even if it was a town away.. no visitors no calls just enjoyment for me and my husband . Zack ( we apologize didn’t really catch her name) and the wonderful, beautiful, friendliest person with an outstanding personality and excellent customer service that was working Saturday May 25th. We really enjoyed you and Zack. You two have the best personality and anyone that has the chance just to talk to you both and chill would know it.

Great staff, but needs improvement otherwise

The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator, but not a microwave. The front desk clerk kindly told us on check in that we were free to use the one in the lobby, though. The room appeared to be clean, but the top of the table/counter and the floor seemed to have been washed in soured water. The bathroom smelled odd: slight smell of vomit, smell of mildew. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. They do have a restaurant with friendly, helpful staff, and you could buy Starbuck's coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room (not Starbuck's coffee).

Convenient area and friendly staff but the housekeeping is not the best. The showers sometimes have a lot of hair in them…maybe they should use a sprayer or bucket to rinse afterwards. The sheets sometimes look like they were used but we bring Lysol & separate sheets. No bugs! No microwave but they keep one downstairs for guests, it’s usually a little dirty too.
