Cozy Cottage in Beautiful Irving Park

Located in the gorgeous country club neighborhood of Irving Park, this space is peaceful and close to everything you need. Cleburne Cottage offers a full home away from home experience.

Take a walk in the beautiful, friendly neighborhood or hop in the car for a quick ride to Guilford Courthouse National Military Park or the Greensboro Science Center. Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe’s and other grocery store options and restaurants are nearby. A straight shot down Elm Street will get you downtown to baseball games, the Tanger center and local shops and nightlife. We are also a short, 5-10 minute drive, away from UNCG, A&T, The Greensboro Coliseum and the world famous furniture market in High Point is only a 30 minute drive away.

Waking up is easy with help from a Nespresso coffee maker or French press. The Cottage includes a full sized kitchen with lots of counter space for a complete cooking experience or bags and bags of takeout. We stock the coffee bar with assorted teas, Nespresso pods and sweetener options. Please bring your own milk or ground coffee for the French press. The kitchen also has basics such as extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Sit outside on our large deck with a glass of wine or cup of tea and listen to the wind in the trees and the birds chirping away. You might be lucky and see a bunny hopping around in the evening.

Welcome sleep in a calm, quiet room of your choosing. Each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine and extra pillows and blankets.

Our additional amenities include free wifi, ample free parking onsite, a smart tv in the living room and a smart tv in the upstairs King room. Bathrooms include facial cleanser, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion as well as plenty of soft towels. Also, hair dryers, forgotten toiletries and a first aid kit.

Perfect Location minutes from Downtown and Bryan Park
From reservation to departure, everything was first class. Super comfortable beds, great shower head downstairs, super clean throughtout the entire house. TV and Wifi perfect for us! We had a very,very minor issue with a sink and Savanah texted immediately and sorted it out very quickly. We had a great stay and recommend it highly for individuals and small famlies. Perfect location in a quiet area just outside of downtown. 15 mins to Bryan Park Soccer complex!

The app shows 2 bathrooms but the one upstairs it’s literally 1/2 baths because the shower is so small that a baby barely can fit under it.

My husband and I stayed in this home for five days while visiting family for the December holidays. It is a spotless, well-maintained home that felt cozy and warm. The location is convenient, as it is fairly centrally located in Greensboro. Also, we loved the comfortable king-size bed and Nespresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for Christmas!

Great trip to Greensboro
Although the house has four bedrooms, we only used the two downstairs bedrooms, and the beds were so comfortable! The house was very clean and cozy and had a great kitchen. The location was perfect, as one of my sons and his family also live in Old Irving Park.
