So convenient and the cost for staying was very reasonable. The concession prices were a little over the top though. ($6.50 for a bottle of cheap beer is way too much).

The staff were very friendly, they upgraded my room. The breakfast was very good. I think the rooms need to be updated. The room carpet was stained.

The only problem we had was we had to call maintenance to come and fix our AC/Heat Unit It was very cold in my room at night and when it was time to adjust the heat we had to call down maintenance came had to switch it over to heat for us and I don't think we should have to call maintenance to switch our unit over to heat or Cool Air We should be able to do that ourselves That's about the only problem that I had with the hotel ... That Definitely needs to be fixed

We had to pay $10 per day to park in a parking lot that had cars being broken into. If we wanted late check out, it cost $25 per hour after the check out time. The property was "clean" but it was dirty in there. Stains on carpets, ripped up foyer carpet and etc. The building is beautiful, the water feature is awesome and relaxing, but there are things that aren't ok.

We appreciate the stay and the hospitality, but there were a few parties that lasted well into the night. While parties are fine, the bass shook our walls and made it very hard to fall asleep until the parties were done.
