convenient & good layout
The bedrooms were spread across the house which made it easy for our multi generational family to all have our own space. The decor is dated and there is an amazing amount of signage! The bedding (particularly in the master) was VERY shabby, though the beds were comfy. The kitchen is reasonably well appointed, though there is a lack of matching plates and glassware. (mismatched Christmas?) They really need to declutter and organize. There was a switch (I think) to a new property manager. We experienced some maintenance issues (one of the bedrooms was unbearably hot) but once we made them aware, Kathy was quick to handle it. Also, imho the twin loft bedroom is unusable bc of airflow. This house does NOT come with access to a pool, golf etc. Hubs played one course that was in very poor shape (no sand in the traps)! I underestimated the desire for a pool with our group. The playground is a short walk away as is tennis and pickleball. The grill set up is good with a terrific screened in porch. The dock is in good shape and has a propane fire pit, though we did not use it. The grocery store is quite close by and we found a few good restaurants. I would stay here again. But ask about the plates if you think you will eat "at home". Hopefully they will remedy this.
