Location is great. Street parking is tough to find so we used a parking garage close by. It was very comfortable. I would have preferred a covering over transom to hallway because it was so bright. We shut hall light off but someone turned it bag on. Strong scent of sewage in complex after second day. Not sure what that was about. Noise from adjacent apartment was loud one night. I would probably start here again if I wanted to explore dientiwn.

Location location location….it has easy access everywhere. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, the atmosphere is laid back/safe and the staff is very accommodating. Also, it is less than 10-15 minute drive from NC A&T University where our children are. We will most definitely book here again.

Need better communication
The overall apartment was very nice. Some trash was left form the previous people that wasn’t cleaned up. And the owner never gave me the code to the outside door. The door to the street was the code we didn’t get. We had to actually get another hotel to stay in because we could not get ahold of him and the instructions were never placed anywhere. Nice place but they need better communication
